Book Liliana For Your Next Training Workshop or Webinar

If you are looking for a trainer/speaker who can expand perspective, strengthen skills, and create an atmosphere where learning feels alive, Liliana brings a presence that resonates. Her workshops weave together clinical insight, storytelling, and cultural attunement, offering participants both practical tools and a deeper understanding of the worlds their clients carry.

For more than a decade, Liliana has trained therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, teachers, consultants, senior leadership teams, and organizational staff. Her work supports professionals across settings, mental health agencies, private practices, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations.

Liliana also provides accessible, empowering mental health education directly to immigrant communities, including refugees, asylum seekers, and DACA recipients. Her approach honors the lived experiences, cultural histories, and adaptive strengths of those navigating global migration.

With extensive experience delivering both in-person and virtual training, Liliana offers sessions that are immersive, practical, and tailored to each group's needs. She is available for single- or multi-day workshops in English or Spanish and is currently booking engagements for 2026 and 2027.

Liliana Baylon, a Latina woman with long brown curly hair, is wearing a royal blue top, and leaning relaxed against a chair. She is wearing a long necklace with a green tassle.
“If we allow ourselves to be curious about immigrant experiences, we can help immigrants better adjust by making sense of their reactions, their trauma responses, and their internal and external senses of safety.”
