Liliana Baylon, LMFT-S, RPT-S, provides specialist consultation services to non-profits, agencies, mental health centers, schools, hospitals, and corporations, aimed at supporting mental health professionals and others engaged in roles centred around promoting mental health and well-being.

Liliana is a leading expert and thought leader in the specialist fields of expanding cultural perspectives, cultivating cultural humility surrounding mental health, and addressing the intricate psychological aspects of global migration.

Moreover, Liliana possesses expertise across a range of therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Play Therapy. Through this extensive knowledge, Liliana is able to offer consultation to enhance the skills and effectiveness of mental health therapists, providing crucial support to address a wide range of client needs with the latest and most effective therapeutic approaches.

Consultations are available in English and Spanish, and can be delivered in-person or online to individuals or within a group format.

Expert Consultation in Specialized Therapies: Offering in-depth consultation services in EMDR and EFT, Liliana guides therapists in applying these models effectively in their practice. Liliana also offers specialized support in Play Therapy, including case consultation, creative intervention strategies, and guidance on effectively using play as a therapeutic tool with children and adolescents.
Training in Cultural Humility: Facilitating conversations and trainings in cultural humility to help therapists understand and meet the needs of clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and identities. This includes understanding cultural biases, developing culturally-sensitive therapy practices, and enhancing therapists' skills in managing cross-cultural dynamics in therapy.
Tailored Support for Diverse Clients: Offering tailored support and guidance for therapists working with diverse populations, including different age groups and cultural backgrounds, and presenting issues, ensuring therapies are adapted to meet the unique needs of each client.
Case Review and Strategy Development: Conduct regular case reviews with therapists, offering insights and recommendations to optimize therapeutic outcomes. This may involve discussing client progress, exploring alternative therapy modalities, and developing individualized treatment plans.
