Liliana Baylon, LMFT-S, RPT-S, is a bilingual and bicultural therapist, speaker, supervisor, and consultant whose work helps clinicians and organizations understand the world’s clients carry. Through Bridging Worlds, she teaches professionals how to navigate migration, culture, trauma, attachment, and difference with deeper clinical attunement and ethical responsibility. Her work helps professionals understand the worlds clients carry; their histories, identities, nervous system adaptations, and the relational patterns shaped by movement across cultures.
With more than a decade of clinical experience working with immigrant, refugee, and first-generation clients from diverse cultural, linguistic, and migratory backgrounds, Liliana brings a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and multicultural family systems. Her presence in the field is driven by a commitment to widening the lens of the mental health profession, offering practical, compassionate, and culturally grounded insights that strengthen clinical work and organizational practices.
Liliana’s mission is to be a catalyst for meaningful change, supporting practitioners, leaders, and communities in meeting one another with curiosity, attunement, and empathy across lines of culture, identity, and difference.
